These terms explain how to order from the Minimore online store and what rights and responsibilities apply to the buyer and the seller.
1. General information
Minimore is an online store for children’s and family products. These terms apply to purchases made in the Minimore online store.
Both consumers and legal entities may order from Minimore. Consumers have statutory consumer rights, while business customer orders are governed by the agreement, product terms, and applicable law.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms. If anything needs clarification, please contact Minimore before purchasing.

3. Products and prices
Product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are shown on each product page. Images are illustrative, but we aim to present product information as accurately as possible.
All prices shown in the store are in euros and include Estonian VAT. The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
Minimore may change the product range and prices. The price visible when the order is placed applies to that order, except in the case of an obvious technical error.
4. Placing an order
The buyer adds products to the cart, checks quantities, chooses a delivery method, enters contact and delivery details, and submits the order.
After submission, the order is created in the Minimore system. If the order details are inaccurate or a product is no longer available, we will contact the buyer.
5. Payment
Online payment takes place on the secure LHV Paytech / EveryPay payment page when online payment is enabled in the store. Minimore does not store the buyer’s card details.
The order is treated as paid only after the payment service provider confirms the payment status server-side. Browser return alone does not mark the order paid.
6. Delivery
Available delivery methods may include parcel machine, courier, and self-pickup. Exact options and prices are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
All products listed in the store are available in the Tartu warehouse. Orders are handed over for delivery or posted within one business day after payment confirmation, unless the product page states otherwise.
Self-pickup is available only when the buyer selects it at checkout. The pickup address is shown at checkout and in the seller details, and the pickup time must be agreed in advance.
Actual delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and the parcel machine or courier provider. If delivery is delayed, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible.
7. 14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer generally has the right to withdraw from goods bought online within 14 days from receiving the goods.
A legal entity or business customer does not automatically have the same consumer 14-day right of withdrawal unless Minimore separately agrees to it or mandatory law provides otherwise. Business customer returns and complaints are handled according to the agreement, product terms, and applicable law.
Returned goods must be unused and in the condition reasonably necessary for inspecting the product. Original packaging and labels should be kept where possible.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to legal exceptions, such as custom-made or clearly personalized products. Hygiene-related exceptions are applied only when justified by law for the specific product.
8. Return process
To return a product, write to the Minimore contact email and include the order number, returned product, and withdrawal notice or reason. The return method and return address are agreed with Minimore before sending the goods.
For a regular 14-day withdrawal, the buyer pays the direct return shipping cost.
If the product is wrong, defective, or does not match the order, Minimore handles the situation according to law and this is not treated as an ordinary return shipping cost charged to the buyer.
Refunds are made after the goods have been received back or reliable return proof has been provided, in accordance with the law.
9. Complaints and defective products
If a product has a defect, please contact Minimore and include the order number, a description of the defect, and photos where helpful.
The seller is liable for non-conformity of goods sold to a consumer that becomes apparent within two years from delivery. This is the statutory right to submit a complaint.
We respond to complaints within the period required by law and aim to find a reasonable solution, such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where justified.
10. Warranty and statutory rights
A warranty and the statutory right to submit a complaint are not the same. Minimore does not provide a separate two-year commercial warranty unless this is stated separately in writing for a specific product.
If a manufacturer or seller warranty is provided, its own warranty terms apply. The consumer’s statutory rights always remain in force.
11. Personal data
Minimore processes the buyer’s personal data to fulfil orders, communicate with customers, arrange payment and delivery, and meet legal obligations.
The general principles of personal data processing are described in the privacy policy. Questions can be sent to Minimore contact details. Payment data is processed by the payment service provider, and Minimore does not store the buyer’s card details.
12. Dispute resolution
If the buyer has a concern about an order or product, please contact Minimore first so we can resolve the matter directly.
If no agreement is reached, a consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority and the Consumer Disputes Committee.
13. Changes to the terms
Minimore may update these terms when store operations, law, or service provider conditions change. The current version is published on this page.
An order is generally governed by the terms that were in force when the order was submitted.
