- order, cart, product, price, payment status, payment reference, and other data needed to handle the order;

- technical website data such as session, language preference, cart, login, security, device/browser, IP address or hashes derived from it, and page usage data.
4. Purposes and legal bases
For accepting and fulfilling orders, confirming payments, arranging delivery, showing account and order history, and providing customer support, Minimore mainly processes data for contract performance or pre-contract steps.
For accounting, tax, and other statutory duties, Minimore processes data on the basis of legal obligation.
For security, fraud prevention, technical troubleshooting, proving customer communication, and protecting rights, Minimore may process data on the basis of legitimate interest.
If Minimore later adds optional marketing, newsletters, or optional analytics or marketing cookies, consent will be requested where required by law. Consent can be withdrawn, but withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Orders and payments
When an order is placed, Minimore processes the customer’s contact details, delivery details, ordered products, prices, quantities, order status, and payment status.
Online payment takes place in the secure LHV Paytech / EveryPay hosted payment environment. Minimore receives the payment status, reference, and other limited payment information needed to confirm the order, but Minimore does not store full payment card data.
Failed, cancelled, or unfinished payment states may be stored to support customer service and resolve order or payment questions.
6. Delivery and self pickup
Delivery data is used to deliver ordered products, confirm the selected delivery method, and communicate with the customer about delivery.
Necessary delivery data may be shared with parcel machine, courier, or other delivery partners to the extent needed to perform delivery.
For self-pickup, Minimore uses the address shown in its contact details, and the pickup time may need to be agreed in advance.
7. Customer account and order history
If a customer creates or uses an account, Minimore stores account data, profile contact details, and related order history so the customer can view orders and customer support can help with them.
The customer may request correction or deletion of account data where legally possible. Some order data must be retained because of accounting, tax, or other legal obligations.
8. Contact form and customer communication
Data sent through the contact form or by email is used to answer the request, manage customer communication, and protect rights where needed.
Messages may be retained as long as needed to answer the request, prove agreements, or resolve possible disputes.
9. Emails and notifications
Minimore sends transactional emails related to orders, payment confirmation, customer support, and account or order activity. These emails are not marketing emails.
Email records may be kept to show whether an important notification was sent, skipped, or failed, and why.
A newsletter or marketing email system is not described as an active service in this version of the policy. If such a feature is added, it will be explained separately and consent will be used where required.
12. Data retention
Personal data is kept for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, contract performance, accounting or tax duties, protection of rights, or compliance with a legal retention period.
Account data is generally kept while the account exists and afterwards to the extent needed for legal obligations or protection of rights. Contact messages are kept as long as needed for customer communication and possible dispute handling.
Technical logs and page usage data are kept for a limited time needed for security, analytics, or troubleshooting. Consent-based data is processed until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends, unless law requires otherwise.
13. Data security
Minimore uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Access to data is limited to people and service providers who need it to perform their tasks. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
14. Customer rights
The customer has the right to request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where legally possible, restriction of processing, objection, data portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, the customer can contact Minimore using the contact details. Minimore may request identity confirmation before fulfilling a request.

Minimore may update this privacy policy when store operations, used services, or applicable law change. The current version is published on this page.
